Caring for the experience means investigating and researching the opportunities and threats in a given ecosystem: whether it's a product, a brand, or a territory, everything lives within an ecosystem and everything establishes a relationship with users.
Cost is what we pay, value is what we get. But if there is no value, there is no relationship and no gain, there is only a price, and people will hardly remember what you are offering.
